Dover- The Delaware State Police have arrested the third suspect, 18-year-old Jawann Butcher of Dover who was wanted in connection with thefts in the Dover area.

On May 22, 2019, Butcher turned himself in at Troop 3 where he was charged with the following:

• Conspiracy Third Degree (2 counts)
•  Theft
• Attempt to Commit Theft
• Unlawful Use of Payment Card (3 counts)
• Criminal Trespass (2 counts)

Butcher was arraigned before the Justice of the Peace Court and released on $7200.00 unsecured bond.
