Rehoboth Beach– The Delaware State Police have arrested 29-year-old Christopher Boone, of Rehoboth Beach who was wanted in connection with a robbery.
The incident occurred on March 1, 2019, at approximately 4:59 p.m., when troopers were dispatched to the unit block of Pebble Road, Rehoboth Beach for a report of a robbery of a 23 year old male victim. During the robbery, the victim was assaulted. The victim’s cellphone and money was stolen during the robbery. The victim was transported by EMS to a local area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
On March 11, 2019, Troopers observed Boone traveling in a vehicle in the town limits of Milford. A traffic stop was conducted and Boone was taken into custody without incident. He was transported back to Troop 4 where he was charged with the following:
Boone was arraigned before the Justice of the Peace Court and committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution on $72,000 secured bond.
