Troopers Arrest Greenwood Man on Multiple Drug Charges-Greenwood

Greenwood– The Delaware State Police have arrested a Greenwood man on multiple drug charges.

On February 14, 2019 members of Governors Task Force (GTF) responded to the 14000 block of Adamsville Road in an effort to locate 30-year-old Justin Lister who was wanted for violation of probation as an absconder. Upon arrival, members of GTF located Lister hiding at the rear of the residence. He was subsequently taken into custody without further incident.

Lister was found to be in possession of the following narcotics:

  •  6 individually packaged bags of methamphetamine (approximately 4.53 grams)
  • 239 bags of heroin (approximately 1.673 grams)
  • 1 bag of powder cocaine (approximately 2.70 grams)
  • 5 individually packaged bags of crack cocaine (approximately 26.3 grams)
  •  1 Suboxone dosage.
  • Over $700.00 in suspected drug proceeds

Lister was transported back to Troop 3 where he was charged with the following:

  • Possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 5 quantity
  • Possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance in a Tier 4 quantity
  • Possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (3 counts)
  • Possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 1 quantity
  • Possession of a Controlled or Counterfeit Substance
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Lister was arraigned before the Justice of the Peace Court 2 and committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution on $118,000.00 secured bond.
