Search Warrant Led to Multiple Drug Arrests

Magnolia, Delaware- The Delaware State Police have arrested four suspects in connection with illegal drug activity.

On Friday, January 18, 2019 members of the Delaware State Police Kent County Drug Unit, Delaware State Police Kent County Governor’s Task Force, and the Delaware State Police Special Operations Response Team (S.O.R.T) executed a narcotics search warrant at the unit block of Lambert Drive, Magnolia, Kent County, Delaware.

The following individuals were located at the residence; Maurice Satchell, Yvonne Johnson, Jabre Parker, Nikajh Rivera, and three juvenile children under the age of 11.

Upon the execution of the search warrant at the residence on Lambert Drive the suspects were taken into custody and the following items were seized from the residence:

  • Approximately 73.02 grams of marijuana
  • 82 dosage units of Acetaminophen/Oxycodone Pills – Schedule 2 controlled substance
  • Drug paraphernalia consisting of two digital scales used to weigh controlled substances
  • Approximately 3.25 grams of crack cocaine
  • Over $870.00 in US currency in suspected drug proceeds

All suspects were transported to Troop 3, Camden to be processed and charged with the following:

Maurice M. Satchell, 36 of Magnolia

  • Possession with intent to deliver Tier 4 Pills (Acetaminophen/Oxycodone)
  • Possession with intent to deliver Marijuana
  • Conspiracy 2nd Degree
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
  • Four Counts of Endangering the welfare of a child

He was arraigned before the Justice of the Peace Court 2 and committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution in default of $76,200.00 secured bond.

Yvonne Johnson, 38 of Magnolia

  • Possession with intent to deliver Tier 4 Pills (Acetaminophen/Oxycodone)
  • Possession with intent to deliver Marijuana
  • Conspiracy 2nd Degree
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
  • Four Counts of Endangering the welfare of a child

She was arraigned before the Justice of the Peace Court 2 and committed to the Delores J. Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution in default of $76,200.00 secured bond.

Jabre M. Parker, 20 of Magnolia

  • Possession of Marijuana (Criminal Summons) released on bond (no photo available)

Nikajh Rivera, 19 of Magnolia

  • Possession of Crack Cocaine released on bond
