*UPDATE-Victim Identified* Troopers Investigating Fatal Crash – North Wilmington

Wilmington – The Delaware State Police have identified Ellwood A. Bell, 75, of Claymont, as the driver of a 2017 Nissan Altima, who was killed in a crash that occurred at approximately 1:02 p.m., Saturday, January 12, 2019 on Silverside Rd. at the entrance to the Talleyville Shopping Center.
