Bethany Beach- The Delaware State Police have identified the pedestrian that was struck on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 on Coastal Highway approaching the intersection of Hickman Plaza Drive.
David W. Henderson, 79 of Ithaca, NY succumbed to his injuries on December 20, 2018.
The crash continues to remain under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
