Dover-The Delaware State Police is issuing a Gold Alert for Lydell Hall, 51 who was reported missing on Monday, November 5, 2018. Lydell was last seen at approximately 10:24 a.m. on today’s date in the Dover area.
Lydell is 6’04” tall, 205 lbs., with facial hair and a shaved head. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black ball cap, dirty blue track pants with a white stripe and green croc shoes. Lydell is known to always have two Chihuahua dogs with him and may still possibly be in the Dover area on foot.
Attempts to locate Lydell have been unsuccessful and there is a real concern for his safety and welfare.
