Camden-Wyoming- The Delaware State Police have arrested a Magnolia man after he inappropriately touched two juveniles.

The incident occurred at approximately 8:45 p.m., on Friday, October 12, 2018 at the Caesar Rodney High School homecoming football game located at 239 Old North Road.  The School Resource Officer who was working at the football game was contacted by a parent who advised that her 16-year-old daughter had been inappropriately touched while she was standing in line at the snack bar.  A short time later, a second parent had informed the School Resource Officer that her 14-year-old daughter had also been inappropriately touched by the same suspect.

Through investigative measures, Troopers were able to identify the suspect as 58-year-old Ricky D. Hardy.   On Thursday, October 18, 2018, Hardy turned himself in at Troop 3 where he was charged with 2 counts of Unlawful Sexual Contact Second Degree.  Hardy has no affiliations with the Caesar Rodney High School.

Hardy was arraigned before the Justice of the Peace Court 2 and released on $10,000.00 unsecured bond.  Hardy was issued a no contact order with anyone under the age of 18 as well as no contact within 100 yards of any elementary, intermediate or high school.
