Lincoln– The Delaware State Police is issuing a Gold Alert for Dorothy Appel who was last heard from on Monday, July 9, 2018 at approximately 4:35 p.m.

Dorothy is 5’06” tall, 185 lbs., with brown hair and blue eyes, and possibly wearing black pants.  Troopers have been unable to make contact Dorothy to check on her welfare.  Attempts to locate her have been unsuccessful and there is a real concern for her safety and welfare.
