Bear – The Delaware State Police are issuing a Gold Alert for Ryan J. Biddle, 31, of Bear.

Ryan was last seen in the parking lot of the Fox Run Shopping Center on U.S. Route 40 in Bear, at approximately 11:21 p.m., Thursday, July 5, 2018. Ryan is described as a white male, 5’10”, 170 lbs., brown hair, brown eyes, last seen wearing a black shirt, grey shorts and black sneakers.

Attempts by family and law enforcement to contact or locate Ryan have been unsuccessful and there is a true concern for his safety and welfare.

Anyone with information regarding Ryan’s whereabouts are asked to contact Troop 2 at 302-834-2620 or by calling 911.
