Wilmington – Delaware State Police are issuing a Gold Alert for Kandis K. Stokes, 34, of Wilmington who was last seen at approximately 11:45 a.m., Wednesday, June 6, 2018, in the 100 block of Rockford Drive, Newark. Kandis is 5’2″ tall, weighing 120 lbs., with an unknown clothing description.

Attempts to locate or contact Kandis have been unsuccessful and there is a true concern for her safety and welfare.

Anyone with information regarding  Kandis’ whereabouts is asked to contact Delaware State Police Troop 6 at 302-633-5000 or by calling 911.
