Selbyville– The Delaware State Police is issuing a Gold Alert for Frances Blackburn  who is reported missing from her residence in the 37000 block of Wanmar Court, Selbyville. She was last seen at approximately 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at her residence.

Frances is 5’04” tall, 164 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a tan in color, long sleeved, dress shirt and flower print leggings.

Troopers have been unable to make contact with Frances to check on her welfare. Attempts to locate her have been unsuccessful and there is a real concern for her safety and welfare.
