Bear, De. – The Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit is investigating a fatal motorcycle crash which occurred last evening south of Bear.

The preliminary investigation has determined the incident occurred around 5:50 p.m. Saturday, April 14, 2018, as Thomas J. Miller, 49 of Newark, was operating a 2001 Harley Davidson Electra Glide motorcycle westbound on Howell School Road approaching the area of Robert C.
