Dover- The Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit (S.O.A.R.) is currently looking for the following wanted sex offender.
Tevin M. Chapman, 22 of Dover who is 5’7″ tall, 165 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes is a Tier 2 registered sex offender who is currently wanted for failure to re-register. He is known to frequent the Dover and Little Creek areas.
