Wilmington – A multi-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 1:32 pm., Tuesday, March 20, 2018, which had I-495 southbound completely shut down, north of Edgemoor Road has been cleared, and all lanes are now open.
Motorists are being advised to use extreme caution if they must drive, and are encouraged to avoid travel if possible, as road conditions continue to deteriorate.
