Dover– The Delaware State Police are issuing a Gold Alert for Josue Latorre, of Dover who was last heard from at approximately 1:00 p.m. Saturday March 10, 2018.

Josue Latorre is a black male, 42 years of age, 5’05″ tall, 165 lbs., with brown eyes, black hair, a full beard. He was last seen wearing a black hoody, dark jeans, brown work boots. He may be seen in Milford or Dover.

Troopers have been unable to make contact with Josue Latorre to check on his welfare. Attempts to locate him have been unsuccessful and there is a real concern for his safety and welfare.
