Wilmington – Delaware State Police are issuing a Gold Alert for Ciara N. Fowlkes, 15, who was last seen at her Lancaster Avenue residence on Tuesday, February 20, 2018.

Ciara is described as black female, with a light complexion, 5’1′, 140 lbs., black hair and brown eyes.

Attempts by both family and law enforcement to locate or communicate with Ciara have been unsuccessful and there is a true concern for her safety and welfare.

Anyone with information regarding Ciara’s whereabouts are asked to contact Delaware State Police Troop 1 at 302-660-4300 or by calling 911. Information may also be provided by contacting Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333 or via the internet at http://www.delaware.crimestoppersweb.com.
