Troopers Make Multiple Arrest in Drug Investigation-Dover

Dover (19904)- Members of the Kent County Drug Unit (KDU), with the assistance of the Kent County Governor’s Task Force (GTF), and Troop 3 Property Detectives concluded a drug investigation with the arrest of three suspects.

On Friday, January 19, 2018 at approximately 6:28 a.m., members of the KDU assisted by the Kent County GTF and T-3 Property Detectives executed a narcotics search warrant in the unit block of Webbs Lane, Alder Park Apartments in reference to a drug investigation involving the sale of heroin.

Upon arrival, Troopers took the following subjects into custody without incident at the residence: 27-year-old Jarad Wilson of Dover, 31-year-old Sean Caldwell of Dover, and 36-year-old Holly McLaughlin of Salisbury Maryland.

During a search of the apartment, .42 grams of heroin and multiple stolen electronic items were recovered.

Jarad Wilson and Sean Caldwell were both charged with Possession With Intent to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Conspiracy 2nd.  Both were arraigned out of Justice of the Peace Court 2 and committed to the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on $12,500.00 secure bond.

Holly McLaughlin was charged with Criminal Impersonation.  She was arraigned out of Justice of the Peace Court 2 and committed to the Delores J. Baylor Womens Correctional Institution on $250.00 secured bond.
