Wilmington – The Delaware State Police are issuing a Gold Alert for Jennie L. Carter of Wilmington who was last seen on Friday, January 19, 2018.

Jennie was last observed on Friday, January 19, 2018 at approximately 2:00 p.m. getting onto a DART bus from the Prices Corner Park and Ride located on Centerville Road, Wilmington. Jennie is 5’04” tall, 140 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes.

Troopers have been unable to make contact with Jennie to check on her welfare. Attempts to locate her have been unsuccessful and there is a real concern for her safety and welfare.
