Dover – The Delaware State Police are issuing a Gold Alert for Franklin Long, of Dover who was last contacted around 12:00 p.m., on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 in the Dover area.

Franklin is a white male, 33 years of age, 5’11″ tall, 150 lbs., with blue eyes and blond hair .

Troopers have been unable to make contact with Franklin to check on his welfare. Attempts to locate him have been unsuccessful and there is a real concern for his safety and welfare.
