Hartly- The Delaware State Police Police are issuing a Gold Alert for Constance J. Engelsiepen, 69, of Hartly who was last at her residence in the 2000 block of Arthursville Road, Hartly Delaware.

She is described as a white female approximately 5’0”tall,120 lbs. wearing glasses with short grey hair. She was last heard from on November 5, 2017. She should be operating a 2012 Dark Grey in color Honda Civic bearing Delaware registration 814311.

Troopers have been unable to make contact with her to check on her welfare. Attempts to locate her have been unsuccessful and there is a real concern for her safety and welfare.
