Laurel – The Delaware State Police are issuing a Gold Alert for Roy Horsey who was last seen around 3:30 p.m., Saturday October 28, 2017 leaving his residence located on Old Stage Road.

Roy is a black male, 78 years of age, 5’11″ tall, 220 lbs., with brown eyes.  He may be operating a green 1998 Buick LeSabre with Delaware registration 68996.

Troopers have been unable to make contact with Roy to check on his welfare. Attempts to locate him have been unsuccessful and there is a real concern for his safety and welfare.
