Troopers Investigating Serious Crash Involving Pedestrian On Coastal Hwy.-Rehoboth
Rehoboth – Delaware State Police have identified Rhonda Oliver, 48, of New York as the pedestrian who was struck Sunday, October 15, 2017 on Coastal Highway in Rehoboth.
The investigation is ongoing with further details being released as they become available.
