Newark- The Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit has identified the 24 year old Newark man who was killed in the fatal motor vehicle crash which occurred on Old Baltimore Pike on Saturday, June 24, 2017, as Rick Williams.
This crash remains under investigation by the Delaware State Police.
