Ellendale- Delaware State Police are currently investigating a serious motor vehicle crash that occurred this morning in Ellendale.
The crash occurred this morning, Saturday, June 3, 2017 at approximately 9:26 a.m. on northbound US Rt. 113 (DuPont Boulevard) south of E. Robins Road. Two vehicles are involved in the crash and there have been serious injuries sustained to at least one occupant. The total number of subjects injured is unknown at this time.
As a result of the crash, the northbound lanes of US Rt. 113 have been closed and commuters are asked to find alternate routes of travel.
This crash remains under investigation by the Delaware State Police. Further information will be provided at the conclusion of the investigation.
