Gold Alert Issued for Missing Magnolia Woman

Dover, DE-The Delaware State Police are issuing a Gold Alert for Ruth Wiltbank, 87, of Magnolia, Delaware.

Troopers are looking for Ruth Wiltbank who hasn’t been heard from since approximately 2:45 p.m. this afternoon, Friday, September 16, 2016, after she was last seen driving near Milford.

There is a concern for Wiltbank’s safety and welfare as troopers have been unable to make contact with her to check on her welfare and attempts to locate her have been unsuccessful.

Ruth Wiltbank is a white female. She is 5’2″ 130lbs, hazel eyes, dyed brown hair wearing a yellow blouse and blue shorts operating a 2015 Beige Toyota Camry displaying DE: HP19854 registration.

If anyone has any information in reference to the whereabouts of Ruth Wiltbank they are asked to call Troop 3 at 302-697-4454. Information may also be provided by calling Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333, via the internet at www.tipsubmit.com, or by sending an anonymous tip by text to 274637 (CRIMES) using the keyword “DSP.”
