Harrington-The Delaware State Police are issuing a Gold Alert for Charles J. Kupidlowski, of Harrington who was last seen around 8:00 a.m., Friday August 5, 2016, at his residence located in the 3000 block of Sugar Stick Road.

Charles is a white male 30 years of age, 6’00” tall, 180lbs., brown hair and blue eyes. (Photo Attached)

Troopers have been unable to make contact with Charles to check on his welfare. Attempts to locate him have been unsuccessful and there is a real concern for his safety and welfare.

If anyone has any information in reference to his whereabouts, they are asked to contact Troop 3 at 302-697-4454 or by contacting Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333 or via the internet at www.delaware.crimestoppersweb.com.
