Joseph R. Genitempo, 34, originally of Felton, is wanted for Rape 1st after an investigation began when an 11-year-old female disclosed to her mother that she was sexually molested by him over the course of year and a half beginning back in August of 2014.
Genitempo may be living somewhere in New Jersey.
