***Subjects Extradited in Reference to Wild Quail Robbery*** Released-June 23, 2008 Kent County-As previously reported, Adde Powell and his brother Jeffery Powell were detained in Pennsylvania on March 21, 2008 arrest warrants were sworn to here in Delaware. On Friday, June 20, State Detectives returned the Powell brothers to the First State after their respective extradition proceedings. Both subjects were arraigned at JP Court 7 shortly after 4:00 p.m. Addae Powell was arraigned on 24 felonies and two misdemeanors including: Eleven (11) counts of Displaying What Appears to be a Deadly Weapon During the Commission of a Felony (felony) Fourteen (14) counts of Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony (felony) One (1) count of Wearing a Disguise During the Commission of a Felony (felony) One (1) count of Conspiracy Second (felony) Two (2) counts of Offensive Touching (misdemeanor)
Addae Powell Jeffery Powell was arraigned on 23 felonies including: Eleven (11) counts of Robbery 1st Degree (felony) Eleven (11) counts of Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony (felony) One (1) count of Conspiracy 2nd (felony)
Jeffery Powell Addae Powell was committed to Smyrna Correctional Facility in lieu of $113, 000 cash only bail. Jeffery Powell was also committed to Smyrna Correctional Facility in lieu of $99,000.00 cash only bail. |
