Millsboro Man Wanted in Connection to Robbery Released Tuesday, June 10, 2008 Millsboro - The Delaware State Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 25-year-old Millsboro man who is wanted on Robbery and Assault charges stemming from an incident that occurred last evening. Troopers responded to a residence on Kings Lane, located in Enchanted Acres, east of Millsboro, after 911 was called at 10:52 pm reporting a serious assault. Investigators learned a 23-year-old male, who resided at the home, was severely assaulted by Dwayne D. Wiltbank Jr.. The assault took place inside the home after Mr. Wiltbank Jr. demanded money from the victim. The victim, who is familiar with Wiltbank, was struck numerous times in the head with some type of blunt object (possibly a baseball bat or club). In addition, Wiltbank removed $365.00 from the victim. The assailant fled the area after the assault. The victim who sustained serious injuries was taken to an area hospital.
