Traffic Stop Finds Harrington Man Wanted as Fugitive from Florida
Released Sunday, February 08, 2009 Seaford – The Delaware State Police have arrested Robert M Skinner Jr., 39 of Harrington on Out of State Fugitive charges after a Troop 5 patrol trooper stopped him for a traffic infraction. Last evening at approximately 7:30 pm, Skinner was stopped on Coverdale Road for the violation and a check of his driver’s license status revealed he was a wanted fugitive from St. Augustine Sheriff’s Office in Florida for several burglaries. He was taken into custody without incident and incarcerated at the Sussex Correctional Institute with no bail pending extradition to Florida. ### |
