TRIC-TICS Thank you for visiting the State Police TRIC-TICS web page. In Early January '08, the Delaware State Police announced that pictures of those arrested for prostitution related offenses would be made public. This program is a direct effort to curb prostitution and its associated criminal offenses plaguing our community. Starting February 1st, and moving forward, any person who is arrested (not necessarily convicted) for any such prostitution related offense will be pictured- here- on the TRIC-TICS web site. Those previously arrested, prior to February 1st, will not be included.
