Three
Charged in West Dover Drug Operation

Dover –
The Delaware State Police
have concluded a 3 month investigation into the illegal distribution
of narcotics in the West Dover area. This morning at approximately
6:00 am, members of the Troop 3 Kent County Drug Unit with the
assistance of the Special Operations Response Team executed a search
warrant at a home in the 1500 block of Forrest Avenue, Dover.
The search
warrant was a result of an ongoing undercover investigation where
several direct purchases of marijuana and prescription drugs were
conducted. As a result of the search warrant 377 grams of
marijuana, prescription pills, scales, and drug paraphernalia were
seized.
As a result the
following subjects were arrested on the following charges:
Michael C. Stelljes, 19 of
Forrest Avenue, Dover was arrested for 5 counts of Maintaining a
Dwelling for the Keeping of Controlled Substances, Possession with
the Intent to Deliver Marijuana, 2 counts of Conspiracy 2nd
Degree, 4 counts of Possession Drug Paraphernalia, Delivery of
Marijuana, 2 counts of Delivery of Vicodin, Delivery of Percocet and
Unlawful Delivery of a Prescription Drug. He was incarcerated at the
James T Vaughn Correctional Center in lieu of a $50,000 secured
bond.
Anthony J. Cadiz, 17 of
Forrest Avenue, Dover was arrested for 2 counts of Maintaining a
Dwelling for the Keeping of Controlled Substances, Possession with
the Intent to Deliver Marijuana, 2 counts of Conspiracy 2nd
degree, 2 counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Delivery of
Marijuana. He was released on an $8,000 unsecured bond.
Heather R. McLamb, 17 was
arrested for Maintaining a Dwelling for Keeping Controlled
Substances, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Conspiracy 2nd
Degree and Possession with the Intent to Deliver Marijuana. She was
released on her own recognizance.
