Several
Arrested during Magnolia Drug Investigation – Other’s Sought

Magnolia
– Yesterday morning at approximately 6:00 am, members of the Troop 3
Drug Task Force and the Kent County Governor’s Task Force ended a
six month long investigation into the distribution of illegal
narcotics in the Meadowbrook Acres section of Magnolia. This
investigation arose after several residents in the area complained
about the illegal drug activity.
Throughout the
investigation, undercover detectives identified several persons
responsible for the distribution of illegal drugs including; Maurice
M. Satchell, 25 of Woodville Drive, Magnolia, Dominik Bailey 24 of
Norway Drive, Dover and Antoine J. Jones, 28 of Terry Drive,
Magnolia. Detectives also learned from sources in the community that
several other people who frequented the area had outstanding arrest
warrants.
As a result of
the investigation, two search warrants related to the case were
obtained and executed at homes on Terry Drive and Woodville Drive,
Magnolia. The focus of the warrants was to locate and arrest the
subjects mentioned above and to conduct a thorough search of
additional wanted persons. With the assistance of Kent County
Probation and Parole officers along with the members of the
Governor's Task Force and Drug Task Force numerous people were
apprehended.
Michael
Linareas, 25 of Magnolia who was already incarcerated at JTVCC on a
related matter was charged with one count of Delivery of Crack
Cocaine and one count of Attempted Delivery of Crack Cocaine.
Linareas remains committed at JTVCC.
Devin A. Scott,
22 of Magnolia who was already incarcerated at JTVCC on a related
matter was charged with three counts of Delivery of Crack, two
counts of Conspiracy 2nd, and one count of Maintaining a
Dwelling. Scott remains committed at JTVCC.
Antoine J.
Jones, 28 of Magnolia was arrested for one count of Delivery of
Crack Cocaine. During the search of his residence on Terry Drive,
Magnolia, two pit bull dogs were located that displayed signs of
being used for dog fighting. The SPCA was notified and the dogs were
removed. Jones faces additional charges from the SPCA. Jones was
released after posting secured bond.
Monte C.
Hollis, 18 of Magnolia was contacted at residence on Lambert Drive,
Magnolia. He was arrested for Delivery of Crack and Maintaining a
Dwelling for Keeping Controlled Substance. He was committed to JTVCC
in lieu of secured bail.
Sean C.
Stratton, 35 of Magnolia was arrested on an outstanding domestic
violence related Assault 2nd Warrant, along with a capias from Kent
County Court of Common Pleas. Stratton was committed to James T
Vaughn Correctional Center (JTVCC) in lieu of secured bond and an
emergency capias.
Jermaine L.
Malloy, 31 of Dover was arrested at a residence on Harmony Lane,
Dover after information was received stating that he was hiding
there. Malloy, a wanted probationer and registered sex offender, was
located hiding in a bedroom. He was arrested for Resisting Arrest
and a Violation of Probation. He was committed to JTVCC in lieu of
secured bond.
Charles W.
Lattisaw Jr., 40 of Dover fled on foot in the area of Meadowbrook
acres and was apprehended after a brief foot pursuit. A computer
check revealed that Lattisaw was wanted for two outstanding capias
warrants from Kent County Court of Common Pleas for Failing to
Appear and one capias for Failing to pay fines. Lattisaw was
committed to JTVCC in lieu cash bond and an emergency capias issued
by Probation and Parole.
Drug Task Force
Members are still actively seeking Maurice M. Satchell, Dominik
Bailey, Donnell L. Singletary, 23 of Magnolia and Allen J. Simms, 29
of Townsend. All have active arrest warrants for Delivery of Crack
from Delaware State Police Troop 3.
