47-Year Old Male Stalks 15-Year Old

Dover- On Sunday, August 3, 2008, Delaware State Troopers initially responded to the Kent Acres development located on Webb’s Lane, reference a suspicious person complaint.  The original complaint was that a 15-year old female was approached by the 47-year old male later identified as, Henry B. Satrape, of Highland Avenue, Dover. 

Investigation revealed that Mr. Satrape initially made seductive comments to the juvenile about her physical appearance and identified incidents when he observed her outside of her residence.  The juvenile was able to recall the incidents which Mr. Satrape was describing.

Delaware State Troopers continued to investigate the complaint and were able to identify Mr. Satrape.  During the course of interviews, Mr. Satrape provided a written consent for Troopers to conduct a search of his residence.   A search warrant was subsequently executed at the residence on Monday, August 04, 2008

Once inside the residence, Mr. Satrape was found to be in possession of approximately 50 small marijuana plants.  In addition, approximately 4533.6 grams of marijuana and 113.4 grams of packaged mushrooms were recovered from the residence.

Mr. Satrape was arrested for the following felony charges: Stalking, Trafficking in Marijuana, Trafficking in Illegal Drugs, Possession with Intent to Deliver, Manufacture of Marijuana and Maintaining a Dwelling.  Mr. Satrape was also arrested on a misdemeanor charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Mr. Satrape was committed to Delaware Correctional Center in lieu of $63,000.00 secure bond.
