New Castle-
On Saturday May 31st, at approximately 9:30 p.m., Troopers were
called to the Roadway Inn, 3 Memorial Drive, in reference to a
stabbing.
This investigation revealed a
41-year-old male victim engaged in a domestic dispute with his
girlfriend, later identified as Nicoe S. Williams, 32, of
South Heald Street in New Castle, over the fact Williams believed
the victim was with another woman earlier. The argument became
heated which prompted Williams to use a knife to stab the victim
several times in the left bicep. Nicoe then continued her violent
rage and proceeded outside where she used a lug nut wrench to smash
out the windows to the victim's pick up truck. She then threw the
wrench at the victim and struck him in the ankle.
The victim was later treated and
released at Christiana Hospital.
Williams fled the scene prior to
the police arriving. The suspect is described as a black female,
5'03", 170 pounds, brown eyes and black hair.
Warrants are on file charging Nicoe
Williams with Possession of a Deadly Weapon during the Commission of
a Felony (felony), Assault 2nd (felony) and two counts of
Criminal Mischief (misdemeanor). Nicoe is considered unstable and
dangerous.
Investigators are asking that
anyone who may know the whereabouts of Williams to contact them at
