Investigate the President of Advanced Post Frames

Bridgeville-On
Friday, February 01, 2008, a detective assigned to Troop 4 arrested
William Kramer, 39 of Greenwood for three counts of felony Theft and
three counts of misdemeanor Contractors Required to Pay a Lawful
Claim within 30 days.
This
investigation revealed that Kramer accepted payment for pole shed
packages, from three separate victims. The initial victim paid in
full in May 2007 and only part of her pole shed was constructed.
The other victims, made deposits between May and June of 2007, and
their construction was not completed or for that matter even
started.
Additionally,
two masonry contractors completed concrete work for Advanced Post
Frames; however, they have never been paid for their work.
Kramer was
arraigned and released on a $6,000.00 unsecured bond.
The Delaware
State Police are interested in learning if there are any additional
victims in this investigation.
