DSP News Release: Saturday, October 17th, 2009 - Three Unknown Armed Suspects Enter Residence

 

Location: 16000 Block of West Hudson Pond Road, Ellendale

 

Date of Occurrence: Saturday, October 17th, 2009 at approximately 2:30 am

 

Suspect(s):

 

*  #1 - Black Male Suspect approximately 5'8 and 200 pounds, armed with a handgun

*  #2 - White Male Suspect approximately 5'9 and 190 pounds, blonde hair in a        

             ponytail, armed with a shotgun

*  #3 - Black Male Suspect approximately 5'8 and 160 pounds, armed with a knife

 

Resume:  On Saturday, October 17th, shortly before 2:30 am, Delaware State Troopers were summoned to the 16000 Block of West Hudson Pond Road, Ellendale, for report of a residential robbery with three unknown armed suspects.

 

The investigation revealed that seven adult males, one female and one child were inside the residence.  The suspects ordered all of the individuals into a single room of the residence, ransacked the interior of the home and fled with an undisclosed amount of money.  There were no injuries in the incident.

 

The adult victims ranged in age from 22 to 45 years old.  The child in the residence during the incident was one-years old.
