DSP News Release: Two Arrested in Millsboro Shooting Spree
Location: 1st Location - 3200o Block of Delaware Avenue, Oak Orchard, Millsboro 2nd Location - 32000 Block of River Road, Oak Orchard, Millsboro 3rd Location - Harris Teeter Grocery Store, 26370 Bay Farm Road, Millsboro

Joshua Callahan, 29, Millsboro, DE
Lavell Cunningham, 23, New Castle, DE
Resume:
Delaware State Police have made an arrest in the shooting spree that occurred in the early morning hours on Friday.
Troopers were able to recover evidence from the scene of the shooting which linked Callahan and Cunningham to the shootings.
Troopers stopped the pair on RT 1 near SR 24 outside of Rehoboth yesterday, Friday, November 6, 2009 at approximately 2:30 in the afternoon.
Callahan and Cunningham were taken to Troop 4, Georgetown , were they were charged with 2 counts of Attempted Murder, 2 counts of Robbery, multiple counts of weapon offenses, Wearing a Disguise during the Commission of a Felony, multiple counts of Reckless Endangering, Conspiracy and Criminal Mischief.
Callahan was committed to the Department of Correction in default of $213,500.00 cash bail and Cunningham was committed in default of $564,000.00 cash bail.
