DSP News Release: Monday, May 11, 2009- Residential Burglary Investigated in Dagsboro

 

Location of Incident: State Route 26 in Dagsboro, Delaware, Sussex County

 

Date and Time of Occurrence: Sunday, May 10, 2009, at approximately 7:00 a.m.

 

Suspect(s):  Unknown

 

Resume: Detectives from the Delaware State Police are investigating a residential burglary which occurred on Sunday at about 7:00 a.m. in the area of Dagsboro.

 

In this incident, an unknown suspect entered the home via a kitchen window.  Once inside, the suspect stole the victim’s purse and car keys.  With the purse keys in hand, the suspect then entered a shed on the property and stole a variety of items from within. 

 

The suspect fled the residence in the victim’s car, a black 2008 Chevrolet Impala with Delaware tags #131919.
