DSP News Release: December 29th, 2009 8:00 am  – Suspect Turns Himself in to Police for July 7th 2009, Surf Bagel Burglary.

 

Location: Delaware State Police Troop 4, Georgetown, DE

 

Date of Occurrence: 12/28/09

 

Suspects: Jermaine Maker, 24 years old, of Milton, DE

 

 

Resume:  With the assistance of media outlets Jermaine Maker 24, of Milton DE, turned himself in to Troop 4 Detectives yesterday.  After the initial release stating that Jermaine Maker was wanted in connection with the July 7th Surf Bagel Burglary, Jermaine Maker was contacted by family members and asked to turn himself in to police.

 

Jermaine Maker did turn himself in to Troop 4 yesterday afternoon and was interviewed by Troop 4 Detectives.  After being interviewed Jermaine Maker was arraigned on his charges of Burglary 3rd (f), Theft (m), Criminal Mischief (m), and Conspiracy 2nd (f).  Jermaine Maker received $4,500.00 Unsecured Bail and was released from Troop 4, pending trial.
