DSP News Release: Search Warrants Yields Drugs and Multiple Arrests
Location: 10000 block of Sunnyside Rd, Bridgeville / 24000 block of Concord Pond Road, Seaford

Resume:
On December 9, 2009 state troopers along with the Georgetown Police Department and the Milford Police Department executed two search warrants; one in Bridgeville and the second in Seaford.
Seized during the search of Rodger Rusts’ residence were 68.7 grams of powder cocaine, $4280 in United States Currency, 2.1 grams of marijuana, digital scales, 24 Oxycodone pills, 3 Roxicodone pills, and 10 Soma Pills, and a loaded .22 Smith and Wesson semi automatic handgun.
Rodger Rust was arrested for Trafficking cocaine, Possession with the Intent to Deliver Cocaine, Possession with the Intent to Deliver Oxycodone, Possession of Firearm by person Prohibited, Maintaining a Dwelling, Possession of Marijuana and 3 counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
During the search of Debra Rusts’ residence troopers seized 24.4 grams of cocaine packaged for distribution, 96.4 grams of marijuana, digital scales, $995.00 in United States currency and various prescription pills.
Also located in the residence was Hernan Fourquet, 18. Hernan Fourquet was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of schedule II prescription pill, and Possession of Drug paraphernalia.
Debra Rust was arrested for Trafficking cocaine, Possession with the Intent to Deliver Cocaine, Possession with the Intent to Deliver Marijuana, Maintaining a Dwelling, Possession with the Intent to Deliver Oxycodone, Possession of Schedule II prescription pills, Possession of Schedule IV prescription pills, and 4 counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. |
