State Police took Willie J. Moses, 51, of Wilmington into custody at the office of Delaware Integrative Health located at 2123 W. Newport Pike, Wilmington.

Delaware Integrative Health is advertised as a neck and back pain management clinic. During the investigation it was determined that defendant Moses resided at the pain clinic. The search warrant was obtained as part of an ongoing investigation involving possible insurance fraud and dozens of complaints from area pharmacists concerning a doctor at this location prescribing high dosage opiate narcotics for primarily young patients in extremely high quantities.†† During the search troopers located a Taurus .40 caliber pistol, a Jennings .22 caliber pistol, and ammunition. Moses is prohibited from owning or possessing a firearm or ammunition due to a felony conviction which occurred in the state of Georgia. Troopers also located documents linking Moses to possible insurance fraud.

Willie Moses was arraigned at JP Court 11 and committed to the Howard Young Correctional Institute for lack of $73,000.00 cash bail. This is an ongoing investigation. No picture is available of Moses at this time.
