Dover-Delaware State Police Sex Offenders Apprehension and Registration Unit is searching for Douglas W. Arnold Jr.-36 of Townsend Delaware.  Dexter Corner Road Townsend is the last known address provided by Arnold.  Arnold is known to frequent the Dover, Townsend and Wilmington areas of Delaware. 

Arnold in the month of September failed to respond in person as required by his guidelines.  Delaware State Police is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Arnold who also is wanted on 3 other court capiases for failing to appear for court appearances.  The public is encouraged to contact their nearest police agency.
