Police Seeking Assistance in Home Invasion West of Felton Released – Friday, February 29, 2008 Felton- On Tuesday, February 12th at approximately 9:30 p.m. Troopers responded to a report of a Robbery home invasion in the area of the 2000 block of Spectrum Farms Road, Felton. It was reported to the investigators that while the victims were in the living room, a white male knocked at the front door stating that his truck had broke down and he need to use a phone. As the 30 year old female victim attempted to close the door and retrieve a phone, the suspect pushed the door open and knocked her to the ground. The white male then approached a 33 year old male victim with an unknown type of knife and attacked him. As the female victim attempted to get up, a black male then entered the residence and demanded money. She was able to run to the couple’s young 4 year old child who was in the kitchen and safely exit the house through the back door. She was soon met by the male victim who had sustained a cut to his face and the three fled to a near-by relative’s home. None of the victims required medical attention. A third suspect entered the residence, but no description was given. The suspects soon left the residence without any items. The white male was described as 5’09” – 6’00” tall, 140-180 pounds, of average build, with a thin mustache, wearing black sweatshirts and dark jeans. The black male was described as 5’09” – 6’00” tall, 220-250 pounds, large build. No clothing description was given on this suspect’s clothing. Both of the subjects were reported carrying some sort of knife.
