State Police Seek Publics’ Help with Locating Lincoln Woman
Wanted in Identity Theft Case

On February 13, 2008 State
Police Detectives obtained arrest warrants for Joniequa N.
Macklin, 25, of the 22000 block of Pinehaven Road, Lincoln
charging her with Identity Theft, Theft, Criminal Impersonation,
and Unlawful Use of Credit Card. The alleged offenses occurred
when victim’s credit cards were reported missing and then used
in the Rehoboth Beach area.
Ms. Macklin
is also wanted out of Troop 7 for Unlawful Use of Credit Card as
well as well as Court 7 in Dover for Traffic Offenses.
Ms. Macklin
is described as a black female, 5’00” tall, 160 lbs, brown hair,
and brown eyes. Anyone with information pertaining to the
whereabouts of Joniequa Macklin is urged to call investigators
