  • Manufacture, Delivers, or Possesses a Controlled Substance
  • Manufacture, Delivers, or Possesses with Intent to Manufacture, Deliver a Controlled Substance
  • Possession of a Deadly Weapon During the Commission of a Felony
  • 2 counts Conspiracy Second Degree
  • 4 counts Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
  • Possession of Marijuana
  • 2 counts Maintaining a Drug Property

Resume:

Selbyville, De-Delaware State Police Sussex Drug Unit and Sussex Governor’s Task Force concluded a criminal investigation resulting in the arrest of 2 Selbyville and 1 Rehoboth Beach area residents, the seizure of various drugs and a firearm. 

 

When members of the Sussex Drug Unit and Governor’s Task Force raided a residence in the 32000 block of Barn Owl Drive Selbyville Ronald, 58, and Kathleen Rodimak, 46, of Selbyville and Domenick Sicilia, 36 of Rehoboth Beach were all taken into custody. 

 

As a result of the search the following items were seized:

  • 118 ounces of Marijuana
  • 16.5 oz ounces Hashish
  • 4 Marijuana Plants/ approximately 15 lbs
  • 30 prescription pills (Prozac, Zoloft, Phentermine Hydrochloride)
  • Various Drug Paraphernalia
  • .22 caliber Winchester Lever action rifle

 

Ronald and Kathleen Rodimak were arraigned and released on $25,000 and $32,500 unsecured bond respectively.  Domenick Sicilia was released on $11,250 unsecured bond.
