Milton, De-Saturday August 6, 2011 Delaware State Police began an investigation into an Unlawful Sexual Contact complaint after being contacted by a 24 year old Sussex County woman. 

The incident is alleged to have occurred at a residence in the 18000 block of Hudson Road Milton Delaware just after midnight on August 6^th 2011.  The investigation revealed that the 24 year old victim is an acquaintance of Travis E. Land, 42 of Milton. 

On August 6^th the victim and an undisclosed friend where visiting Land in a social capacity when he injected Lidocaine Epinephrene into the victim without permission.  The victim became disoriented at which time Land is alleged to have touched her in an inappropriate manner and unlawfully kept her inside his residence. 

Subsequent to the aforementioned criminal investigation Delaware State Police Detectives on Friday September 9, 2011 executed a search warrant at Land’s residence.  During the search of the residence child pornographic images were located on Land’s computer. 

Land on Friday September 9^th was charged with Possession with intent Deliver Lidocaine Epinephrene, Unlawful Imprisonment, Unlawful Delivery of a Hypodermic Needle, Unlawful Sexual Contact and 10 counts of Dealing in Child Pornography. 

Following arraignment Land was incarcerated into Sussex Correctional Institute in lieu of $106,000 secured bond. 

Delaware State Police High Tech Crimes Unit detectives are continuing to exam the computers seized as a result of the search warrant execution Friday morning and expect additional charges to follow.
