DSP News Release:  State Police Probe Cigarette Outlet Robbery

• 22 year old Rehoboth woman

Suspect(s):

• Two black males wearing mask NFD

 Resume:

 Rehoboth, De-Delaware State Police detectives are investigating a robbery which occurred this morning at the DOT Discount Cigarette Outlet on Coastal Highway Rehoboth. 

The investigation revealed around 8:40 a.m. two armed masked black males entered the store demanding money.  One of the suspects held a 22 year old clerk at gunpoint while the 2^nd suspect accosted the victim from behind.

The 2^nd suspect bound the victim and placed her in a room while they stole an undisclosed amount of United States Currency.  After the suspects obtained the store’s money they fled through the rear of the business. 

The victim suffered minor wrist abrasion from being bound during the robbery; however she did not require medical attention.
