PUBLIC'S HELP REQUESTED IN LOCATING WANTED SEX OFFENDER

DSP News Release: Public’s Help Requested in Locating Wanted Sex Offender
Location: Dover, DE
Date of Occurrence: Wednesday, October 26, 2011
Suspect:
-Ivory Daniels, 33, Dover, DE (homeless) -Black male, 5’10” tall, 155 lbs, black hair, and brown eyes.
Charges:
-Sex Offender Failure to Re-register as Homeless
Resume: Dover, DE- The Delaware State Police are asking the public’s help in locating a Dover area sex offender after he failed to verify his homeless status as required by law.
Investigators from the Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit have obtained a warrant charging Ivory Daniels, 33, with one count of failure to provide verification that he was homeless. Daniels is a Medium Risk Tier 2 sex offender who had registered as homeless in Dover, DE in September of 2011. By law, Daniels is required to verify his homeless status every 30 days, and as of today, Wednesday, October 26, has failed to do so.
Ivory Daniels is described as a black male, 5’10” tall and 155 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes.
Investigators are asking anyone who may have any information as to the location of Ivory Daniels to call Detective Donna Oliphant at 302-943-1560.
